I’m very excited that the paperback edition of my book, Reinventing Diversity: Transforming Organizational Culture to Strengthen People, Purpose and Performance, will be released by Rowman & Littlefield next month. In that regard, I wanted to share a recent review of the book written by Atiba Ellis, Associate Professor of Law at the West Virginia University College of Law, a scholar who has specialized in the study of race in America. Dr. Ellis’ review really touched me because more than anyone he seems to have captured the essence of what I was trying to say in the book. Please have a read and let me know what you think!
